Dear AP Parents/Guardians and Students,

The window to pay AP Testing fees will open Tuesday, September 3rd; the deadline for registration and payment of fees is Friday, November 1st.

Students must have an account with College Board (https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/) and register for the course associated test utilizing the teacher-provided section code.

Payments are accepted Online (Credit Card) or in the Bookstore (7:30am-3:00pm; Cash or Check ONLY) until November 1st (AZ Tax Credit Program may be applied). The per exam fee is $105. AP Exam fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. To make a payment online:

User Name = Student ID number

Password = Student’s Last Name (capitalize first letter

Click on Student Name Tab

Under “Make a Purchase”, select “Items at Student’s School – Registration Payment”

Next to “Categories”, select “Fees & Club Activities”

Select AP Exams (Choose Non-Tax Credit or Tax Credit)

Select Items and then “Buy”

Go to cart (upper right) and follow prompts to checkout.
Following these steps will ensure the completed payment(s) show up under your student’s history in the Bookstore.
Students may qualify for AP exam fee reduction waivers, reducing the cost of each exam to $54, if they meet one of the following criteria:

Enrolled in or eligible to participate in the NSLP (National School Lunch Programs) or FARM (free/reduced meals)

Household participates in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR), or in some states, Medicaid benefits

Unhoused, migrant, runaway, or in foster care

Enrolled in a federally funded Head Start Program
Students requesting a fee waiver will need to submit their letter from Nutritional Services to demonstrate their FARM or documentation relating to one of the other criteria to the Bookstore.
